May 31 – Texture Painting, guided by Karin Treufeldt

We are bringing back last year’s hit course – learn how to create a beautiful decorative piece using acrylic paints and texture paste. During the course, you will learn how to work with the materials and hear about the artist’s own lessons and experiences. You will also have access to all necessary tools on site, and you can take your finished artwork home with you.

June 28 – Basics of Landscape Painting with Acrylics, by Raija Merilä

The workshop focuses on landscape painting with acrylics, during which each participant will create their own personal artwork. During the event, a Raija Merilä exhibition will also be on display, offering a unique opportunity to experience the artist’s work up close and draw inspiration from it for your own creation.

No prior experience is required to participate – the guidance is supportive and enjoyable for both beginners and those wishing to rediscover their creativity. To complete the experience, each participant will take home their own framed landscape painting.

Workshop languages: Finnish, English, and Estonian.

August 23 – Cyanotype Workshop with Ave Palm

The cyanotype workshop with Ave Palm offers an opportunity to discover one of the oldest photographic techniques, where light and nature create unique deep-blue images. It is a calm and meditative process in which simple shapes and materials are transformed into personal works of art.

No prior experience is required – the guidance is supportive and designed to encourage joyful discovery. At the end of the workshop, each participant will take home their own cyanotype creations.
